Harper is a go to for me. I spend more time laughing than I do reading. I think that is why it took me a while longer to read this book.
I liked Anna/Tina and Caleb together and I liked them apart.
The subject of spousal abuse was handled really well. I found myself cheering A/T on even if she chose to keep running and not to go home with Caleb. But since we all know that wouldn't have happened in the book, it was great seeing the two back together again.
Now to see what happened with Glenn when he eventually finds her.
I have mixed feelings about what happened to him. I wanted the weasel to suffer a little harsher than what he got. But I guess that isn't realistic and the more I think about it, the more I think Harper did the right thing with the way she handled it.
This book had the feeling of the series being over. I hope not.
