This was a cute read. Jazz and Nick were fun to read about, but I would have liked to know a little more of their back story. I still don't know what happened at Clive's mansion in 1932. I still don't know, but can kind of figure out why Nick had Jazz locked up for a month. What did Jazz and her classmates do to get them banished from school all those years ago?The mystery of what happened to all the missing vampires and who did it was predictable. I didn't like the fact that a main side character was one of the missing and his demise was glossed over. That's pretty much how a majority of the side characters were treated in the book. You meet them and they sound intriguing but you don't get much more from them past when they were first mentioned. Speaking of side characters, Irma, the ghost that inhabits Jazz car, is annoying and it doesn't look like she's going away.
